Link Paragon ("we", "our", "us") operates a marketplace that connects buyers who want guest post placements and link insertions with publishers who offer publishing opportunities on their websites. By creating an account or placing an order on linkparagon.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You may register as a buyer, a publisher, or both. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up, and you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Buyers can browse publisher websites, review their metrics (such as domain authority, traffic, and pricing), and place orders for guest posts or link insertions. When you place an order, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout. Payment is collected when the order is delivered and accepted, following the pay-on-delivery flow shown during checkout.
Articles and links submitted through the marketplace must be original, relevant to the publisher's site, and free of spam, malware, or deceptive practices. Publishers may reject content that does not meet their stated editorial rules, and we may remove content that violates these standards.
Publishers must keep their website metrics and pricing accurate, publish accepted content within a reasonable time, and keep placed links live for the agreed period. Misrepresenting a website's metrics may lead to suspension of the publisher's account.
If an order cannot be delivered as described - for example, the link is removed early or the article is never published - the buyer may request a review. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund or credit to the buyer's account.
You agree not to misuse the marketplace: no scraping, no automated abuse, no attempts to bypass pricing or payment, and no unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
The marketplace is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific SEO outcomes from any placement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the order in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the marketplace after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
